Is SchoolFit only for families who are unhappy with their current school?
No. Families may use SchoolFit when moving, entering kindergarten, transitioning to middle or high school, comparing schools, seeking advanced opportunities, or simply wanting more clarity.
Do you guarantee admission to a school?
No. SchoolFit does not guarantee admission, placement, enrollment, or acceptance into any school or program. We provide guidance, analysis, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
What information do you use to make recommendations?
We use family intake responses, publicly available school information, academic program details, school culture indicators when available, transportation considerations, and your family’s stated priorities.
Can you help if my child has an IEP, 504 Plan, gifted needs, or other supports?
Yes. SchoolFit can help families think through questions to ask schools and identify environments that may better align with a child’s support needs. We do not replace legal, clinical, or special education advocacy services.
How long does the process take?
Timelines depend on the service selected. Most reports can be completed within a clearly stated timeline after the intake form and all needed information are received.
Do you work with families outside Colorado?
SchoolFit is beginning with a focused launch and is designed to grow. As we expand, services may become available to families in additional states.
What if I do not know which schools to consider?
That is exactly where SchoolFit can help. We can begin with your family priorities, location, child profile, and educational goals to help identify possible options.
Is my information private?
Yes. Information shared through the intake form is used to develop personalized recommendations for your family. A formal privacy policy should also be linked on the website before launch.
